It is hard to believe that my little Ella is over 6 weeks old! These past 6 weeks have been quite a ride!!! Here is some information on Ella!
- Has started to coo and smile
- Is a able to take 5 mLs from her bottle once a day and the rest is put through her tube (this is somewhat of a big deal even though it is like droplets, because she is still practicing so when it is not so exhausting to eat, she will do a better job)
- Loves to watch what everyone is doing around her
- Needs to know what everyone is doing around her :)
- Loves to watch her music box in her crib (SV nurses, she has the same exact one that she had when she was with you!)
- Weighs in at 7 lbs 4 oz (this has taken her a LOT of work, but not bad!)
- Is 22 inches long
- Has decided that there really is a world during the daytime. No need to sleep all day and stay up at night!! She is finding that there is plenty of action during the day!
- Enjoyed singing songs with the music therapist when she came with her guitar.
- Has mastered her facial expressions in order to get her nasal cannula out of her nose. She does not care where it goes as long as it is not in her nose!!
