I just received this update from Abbey. Ella is continuing to make awesome progress!!
"We got to the hospital today, and the doctor came by to visit. I really liked him a lot. Basically he told me that Ella is basically exactly where they wanted her with her health. They have her breathing in the 70's and 80's and her heart rate is down, blood pressure looks good and she is resting comfortably. She is not having to really grab for air which is a huge deal. The cardiac team and cardiac surgeons meet on Tuesdays and Fridays. Hopefully on Tuesday they will be able to give us more of an idea of when we can do surgery. Hopefully soon! In the meantime, the NICU team will continue to grow her and keep her healthy."
Today's Prayer Request:
Please just continue to pray for Ella that she is able to maintain where she is now. Pray for the cardiac team and the cardiac surgeons when they meet on Tuesday. Pray that they are able to come up with a plan for Ella and that they can give everyone a more certain idea of when Ella's surgery will happen. Pray that the plan is for her to have surgery in the very near future so that she can come home. Pray also that Wyatt and the boys make it home safely tomorrow and that mom and Abbey are kept safe whenever they make their travels.
